So many great fitness blogs and in general, I think women are coming around.  Well, at least in my bubble of the world, which is all that matters to me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm pregnant.  28 weeks right now.  Boy #4 and couldn't be happier.  (!!) What I'm not happy about is not working out.  There is SO MUCH I want to do but don't have it in me to do right now.   Pregnancy does not agree with me, that's just the way it is and I accept it.  But that doesn't make it easy!  I'd love to be one of those women who totally trains hard and stays fit and tiny throughout their pregnancy but I am not one of them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;May have something to do with the fact that without my added muscle, my natural weight is 105 lbs at 5'5, and I get up to 150+.  Not cool, but awesome, when you think of the end result.  This time was different.  I started much heavier (thank god for deadlifts) at 126 and much much stronger than I ever imagined.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It took a year and a half as a brand new newbie at training at all, and I was deadlifting 185 for reps the week I found out I was pregnant.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My fave body part, that I was most proud of was my back.  My kids and I had contests to see who could hold the q-tip between our rhomboids for longest.  My oldest is very naturally muscular, even at 8.  I squatted with them on my shoulders and we worked out together in the back yard a lot.  I was never big on conditioning and for a long time, my "warm up" consisted of 10 min. on the treadmill/stepmill, but I never enjoyed that shit.
